This is a NEW recipe for me… I was looking for an old apple caramel cake recipe but couldn’t find it. I hit the internet of course… looking for a MOIST cake. I am really more of a “pie person” than a cake person. What I stumbled on was a “Brandy Apple Cake”. It sounded good but then I started doing what I often do… change it to my liking… food is art like that!
I had no brandy, but Crown sounded better anyway. I changed a few other things and well…. you’re not guarenteed it will come out good, however… It is DELICIOUS! Might be new fall Holiday Favorite. The kids liked it with out the Hard Sauce, Jason and I WITH!
I buy home delivery organic fruits & veggies from “Milk & Honey Organics” and had so many apples to do something with… am I ever glad for that!
BTW… I decided when I started this VLOG, not to get “dressed up”… what ever i have on -make up or not… I would go with it. I might be rethinking that after this one, hahaaa
Fix you some coffee & enjoy!
