		<description><![CDATA[Very Nice... interesting you choose to leave skins on   Tip: shave a small slice off the bottom (Pan Side) of the squash.  Keeps it from wobbling on the plate.  Parsnips and Gold Beets roast nice too. All diced the same and fill the squash cup.  Really nice touch with the Rosemary and Sea Salt...Kids at Furman are going to get this one soon ! : )]]></description>
