Several years ago I had a similar episode when I was visiting family in Omaha (a very stressful time) and I’m happy to say once I started working on my stress level it never happened again. Sure hope yours will be the same. We women just push ourselves and then we’re no good to anyone; we have to learn that it’s OK to take a few hours to ourselves each day. You’re the best KK!!
